We are so sad to say our summer camp is over. Our morning was filled with colorful activities like color star connectors, color stepping stones, Mr and Mrs Potato Heads, color dinosaurs and dollhouse! It isn’t Board Game week without CandyLand, both giant and the classic!

These past two weeks have been filled with lots of laughs, fun, and big smiles! We hope our entire CWG- WWS family has an amazing summer and we will see some of you back in September! To our big kids who are moving up, we wish you all the love, laughs and adventures in kindergarten and first grade! We know your teachers will adore you as much as we did!

For day 4, it was a fun filled morning for the kiddos with plenty of table activities like flower building, fairy house, doll house, Mr and Mrs. Potato heads (for imagination day), letter robots, and even designing their own Guess Who felt bags to carry all their amazing works on the final day of camp! The block area kept the kids engaged with multicolor cup building, colored ball block building to create a candy city and Bean Bag Dance to end the day! Next to activities there plenty of games throughout the day for the children to join! Like memory match games, Spot It, CandyLand, Shoots and Ladders, Guess Who game, and Picture Bingo making another fun-filled and exciting day for our campers! We can’t believe how fast this week flew by! We have some exciting things planned for our last day!

Today we played jumbo memory, how fun! We also played spot it! This game was a fun favorite in the classroom! We also have matching small parts and matching colored box! Last we made our own memory game we will be able to take home Friday! 🩷

Game on Day 2 our campers enjoyed a fun-filled day of creative and hands-on activities! The kiddos played a color ball toss game, created colorful houses and people, explored Squigs, and even got to design their own game boards. We enjoyed some water play with colorful building materials outside! They also had fun with Gross Motor UNO, Number Bots, a magnetic counting board, number jars, and number-themed sensory play. Our campers got to finish the day with a color scarf dance, making today a day full of games, creativity, and plenty of smiles!

Today we started week two of camp, Game On! We decorated a picture frame with different color dots, to create a twister themed framed. Throughout the day, they played and sorted different color cloth balls, built wooden rainbows, and colorful interlocking discs for a table activity along with a “candy shop” in dramatic play. Outside the children got to engage with colorful insects in water play followed by a color scavenger hunt after their outside time. To end the day the kids got to dance along to Danny Go Color Dance and a Color Freeze Dance.

We can’t believe our week of cardboard creations is over! We had a blast! Yesterday , we built houses and boats with Construction Planks.
We also built with colorful stem stars. We glued a construction collage. We did sticker scenes. We played with tools and boxes. We built with cups and legos. We ate ice cream sundaes out of our ice cream truck, and pizza bagels from our food truck. We played with boats and ocean animals during water play, and used the sprinkler. It was a busy week full of lots of laughs and fun times with friends! 🩷
