...

Nolan Wells autopsy report was deemed inclusive (cause of death underermined) because the body parts that could determine the cause of death were not released to the independent investigation coroner.

That means
No throat to determine if he had been strangled.
No stomach to see if had water in it from drowning.
Etc.

And now that it has been made public these parts were not sent to the independent coroner, the Mississippi DA said they will remain sealed until after the Grand Jury sees the evidence.

Keep in mind, this DA says they send ALL cases to the Grand Jury and not just those to presume guilt.

That means ... they can find no foul play ... and a verdict reached before anyone has an opportunity to see all of the evidence.

This is the Jim Crow South!!

Governor JB Pritzker signed House Bill 4323 on July 23, 2026, officially designating July 25th, Emmett Till's birthday, as Emmett Till Day in Illinois. The legislation honors both Emmett Till and his mother, Mamie Till-Mobley, as a statewide day of reflection, remembrance, and public education.

Shiloh Hendrix was arrested and charged in the park racism incident, where she called a Black boy the N-Word for allegedly stealing from her son's diaper bag.

Well, today she was found guilty of one of the two charges she faced.

And her attorney had a few choice words to share with the media.

Take a listen.

...Gov. Jeff Landry, Attorney General Liz Murrill, and state Sen. Jay Morris of West Monroe may win their battle again...
07/24/2026

...

Gov. Jeff Landry, Attorney General Liz Murrill, and state Sen. Jay Morris of West Monroe may win their battle against Calvin Duncan and the people of New Orleans.

They have the power and the votes. They have a Legislature that will do Landry’s bidding. They have a Louisiana Supreme Court that, by a 4-3 vote, upheld the Legislature’s decision to abolish the Orleans Parish Criminal Clerk of Court office after Duncan won the position.

And now that the special prosecutor in Orleans Parish has dropped criminal charges against Murrill for her unhinged threats against New Orleans officials, she and Landry may go all the way and crush New Orleans much like Huey Long in 1934.

But it all started with Duncan, a Black man who spent nearly three decades in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. After his exoneration, he attended college and graduated from law school. He built a life of service and reform.

If you’re looking for something inspiring to read, I highly recommend Duncan’s riveting memoir, The Jailhouse Lawyer. That Landry and Murrill chose to start this fight with New Orleans over Duncan speaks volumes about their low character and lack of concern for the well-being of the parish and its residents.

Recall that New Orleans voters elected Duncan criminal court clerk with 68 percent of the vote.

What did Landry, Murrill, and Morris do when this impressive, Black, exonerated Angola inmate won this office?

They erased the office.

Landry, Murrill, Morris and their allies may dress this up in the sterile language of “efficiency,” “consolidation” and “reform.” That is what politicians always do when the plain truth is too ugly to say out loud.

But this was not about courthouse reorganization or efficiency.

It was the state of Louisiana, controlled by white Republicans, moving against a majority-Black city after its voters elected a Black man whose very life exposes the racism, cruelty, and incompetence of Louisiana’s criminal justice system.

Morris carried the bill. Landry signed it. And Murrill defends it.

This is Landry’s and Murrill’s governing philosophy: punish New Orleans, override Black voters, protect your friends, and call it reform.

For now, Baton Rouge will dominate New Orleans.

Duncan will be denied the office that voters gave him. Murrill will escape accountability for her misconduct. Landry will get the fight he wants with the state’s most important city. And Morris will earn a few pats on the head from the MAGA crowd for doing their dirty work.

But history has a long memory, and this is really nothing new.

For generations, powerful white officials in Louisiana have used the law to nullify Black political power, then insist, with wounded innocence, that race has nothing to do with it.

The segregationists of the 1950s and 1960s had their laws, courts, sheriffs, legislative committees, and legal briefs, too. They also spoke the language of order, efficiency, and tradition.

But today, we don’t remember them as defenders of good government. We remember them as racists who used their public offices to humiliate, intimidate, and disenfranchise Black citizens.

That is the historical company Landry, Murrill, and Morris have chosen.

They may win this round, but if there is any justice in public memory, their victory will tarnish over time.

History won’t remember them as reformers. It will remember them as racist officials who saw a Black exoneree elected by New Orleans voters and decided those voters had to be overruled.

...

The Republican Party is supposedly a political party that wants very little government overreach and involvement.

Well, if you have been paying close attention to Attorney General Liz Murrill's case then you would see this is quite the opposite.

However, had I not recently become acquainted with their beliefs, I would not have known. That's why I tell people to leave your comfort zone, interact with other people, but don't abandon your core beliefs and values.

Simply stated: Because they never will.

Here is my latest comment on the matter.

"Wow!! And this is the party that wants "no government overreach"?

Man, this has gotten out of control because people are valuing political parties and people over the policies that govern us all.

I say that because this all started over the removal of a 147 year old Criminal Clerk position in New Orleans by the Republican Trifecta in Louisiana state government.

Essentially, the Republican Congress created a bill to remove the position of a duly elected New Orleans official - after he had campaigned and won the office November 2025.

Governor Landry stated that if the bill was created and passed, then he would sign it into law. Talk about government overreach... but it gets better.

The bill was hastily signed and created into law almost 6 months after the election was over. However, the language of the law created loopholes within itself. So, the Mayor and City Council used the law - as they understood it - to interpret the loopholes.

This is where Attorney General Murrill steps in with more government overreach. As a member of the Executive branch of government and not the Judicial branch of government, she was supposed to wait for the case to be brought through the Judicial process before she could interpret the laws.

However, she didn't do that. Instead she sent strongly worded letters to the Mayor and 5 Ciry Council members - urging them to take her interpretation of the law as the rule of law. Again, government overreach because she is in the Executive branch of government and not the Judicial branch of government.

Nonetheless, this is where the courts get involved. And since we have a Republican trifecta of government in Louisiana, the Republican majority State Supreme Court argued in favor of the Republican Governor and Republican Attorney General, and against the Democratic Mayor and Democratic Council members of New Orleans.

And now it is headed to a Republican DOJ and Republican President for further actions against the people of Louisiana and New Orleans. Tell me how this isn’t going against Republicans own belief that the federal government should not interfere with local and state policies.

If you can, I will show you a group of people who vote for political party over policies - even if those votes go against their own best interests. And you wonder why Louisiana is last in everything good for the state and the people, but first in everything bad for the state and the people.

This is why. And I think it is time we changed it."

...

As a Pioneering Forerunner - on assignment for God, you sometimes have to block out the noise - of well meaning people, who want you to sit down and shut up, because they don't believe God CALLED us to do all of what we are doing and say all of what we are saying.

But, how do they know what God is asking you to if it wasn't a conference call?

They don't.

So, that's why you must do what God tells you to do and go where God leads you to - even if you don't understand why.

And that’s exactly what I did.

Over the last month or so, I was led to interact with a group, who was advocating for a topic in which I had very little knowledge of. And, over time, my obedience showed me why I was led to interact with said group.

The group which was about stopping land pollution, land theft, and government overreach in local communities - gave me a bird's-eye view of how people who didn't vote like me actually thought about the same topic.

And it was eye-opening to say the least. But, that was the point of the journey.

God wanted me to see how people say they want one thing, but will fight against that one thing - if it threatens a core belief for them.

And in this group - land, water, and air pollution along with land theft and government overreach took a backseat to the Republican Party core values. The biggest value that I observed was - they will support political parties even over the policies that protect their self interests.

That was mind-boggling to me.

But it shouldn't have because I have been watching that same scenario play out in the culture and community for more than 2 decades. However, I wasn't receiving why it was happening - until I went into that group.

And the truth is, people will vote against what they say they want; if the deeper desire is challenged.

From my observationn, the deeper desire for many Conservative and MAGA Republicans is Identity and nostalgia. They want what they believe they have always had - power and control in a majority white society.

And they know that Trump and Landry offer this to them - even if those men are messing up the state and country they live in. To them that is not bigger than being a majority in a white society - controlled by them.

That's why the existence of Black and brown people living in America scares them. They don't understand immigration laws and customs. They understand majority rule.

And since the white population is slowly becoming a minority, they are doing whatever it takes to remove Black and brown people from society and to keep Republicans in control.

So, you can beat them over the head with the Epstein files, Dementia Don, corruption, greed, pollution, land theft, the economy, and even stopping government overreach; and they will still respond with "I cannot vote for a Democrat" or now my personal favorite "they believe in abortion and that is murder" while simultaneously believing in the death penalty.

Baaaaaaaaaaaby, it is not delusion at play.

It is desire. And their desire for a white America where. White folks are the majority in power, is something they'll happily devote themselves to - no matter the cost.

That's it. That's the message.

That's what I had to learn so I could stop thinking that there was some middle ground in which we could come together on.

As a Black woman living in America, I threaten their core desire. And that is the underlying factor that will stop most Conservative and MAGA Republicans from switching to Independent voters or denouncing the Republican Party - as coming into agreement with me.

So, now I have no problem building with like-minded individuals because it is too taxing to see if you are a Republican or Democrat - who is fixated on political parties and people over policies.

...

This is the Republican Congressman who voted not to release the Epstein files.

Yet, he is now calling for an investigation into the New Orleans Mayor and Council.

Make that make sense ...

Oh it does make sense to Republican voters who vote for Party over policies.

And since Liz Murril is a member of the Republican Party and Clay Higgins is a member of the Republican Party - they gain brownie points from their voters if they support other Republican candidates, no matter how bad their policies or corruption is.

And since Louisiana has a Republican Governor, a Republican Supreme Court, a Republican House of Representatives, and a Republican Senate - this type of "dog and pony show" happens all of the time.

And because many voters in Louisiana are uniformed, they think these type of games is a gotcha or win for the Republicans and an "in your face" or "take that" to the Democrats.

That's why Republicans have been in power for decades in Louisiana. And that is also why Louisiana remains a deeply racist and ignorant place to live, work, play, and be educated.

But we the voters and residents of Louisiana can change that.

There are some outstanding candidates running in the November election.

So, let's "vote Blue no matter who" because voting Red will never allow us to come out ahead."

Telling people not to vote, was one way for Republicans to decrease and deter the number of Democratic and Independent voters from voting in elections‼️

They told you that your vote doesn't count; even after we have seen how cities, states, and evn this country have done significantly better under Democratic leadership than Republican leadership.

But, over the last decade or so, you had all of these toxic and emotionally immature and tone deaf "red pill" voters - both male and female - who were making more money, enjoying their stimulus checks, or betting all of their money on a failed business man.

So, they voted for Trump ...
❎️Not one time.
❎️Not two times.
🤦🏾‍♀️But most did so - three times.

Aye ya ya ... and then they wonder why our country is filled with corruption, liars, pedophiles, and sexual assault violators.

This is why‼️

You aren't voting for a politician who knows about politics and policies.

You are voting for a reality television star who wants to get his ratings up and become a fan favorite - by any means necessary; especially lying.

I say lying because the Trump administration will have you believe that they beat Kamala Harris by a landslide. Meaning many more people wanted him to be President than her.

But that simply isn't true because in a country with more than 330 million people and about 242 million eligible voters, only about 152 million people voted.

And as you can see, Trump only beat Harris by 2 million votes.

That meant your vote would have definitely counted.

And we would all be living in a different reality right now.

So, stop listening to the lies and propaganda of the political party and people who don't want you to vote.

And, if you cannot see all of the reasons why they don't want people to vote based upon all that is happening in the world right now - then maybe you shouldn't be voting and instead be educating yourself on the problems that everyday people are facing.

Because clearly this Republican led administration is increasing the problems.

But hey. What do I know ...

I am an Independent voter‼️
