💛🖤👏Congratulations to our 5th grade students as they completed the Lower School Journey and head to Middle School.

You came to us as small children, and have grown into incredible pre-teenagers! It is a privilege watching you grow up every day and we can’t wait to see what the next leg of your journey holds in 6th grade.

🇺🇸✨ Today We Remember ✨🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy each day.

At TVS, we take time to reflect on the importance of respect, gratitude, and remembrance, helping our students understand the meaning behind this day.

As we reflect, we are reminded: “A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces but also by the men it honors, the men it remembers.” ~ John F. Kennedy

Today, and every day, we remember. 💛🇺🇸

🎓✨ Baccalaureate at TVS ✨🎓

Our teachers, leadership, families, and Upper School students gathered in a meaningful Baccalaureate service to pause and reflect as we honored the Class of 2026 before commencement.

This special tradition brings our community together through heartfelt messages from faculty, beautiful music, and a time of prayer; surrounding our seniors with support, encouragement, and love as they prepare to step into the next chapter of their journey.

We are lucky to be at a school where we can gather to pray for our students. Baccalaureate is a powerful reminder of the strength of our Village and the bonds that will always connect us. 💛

🎓✨ Celebrating the Class of 2026 ✨🎓

As we continue celebrating our Class of 2026, this week has been filled with meaningful traditions; from our annual Senior & Alumni Luncheon to the Senior Clap Out and Car Parade.

We are so proud of all this class has accomplished through their hard work, dedication, and growth. Tonight, we come together for Commencement as we celebrate their journey and send them off into an exciting future.

No matter where they go, they will always have a home here. As one Village, they know they can return again and again for advice, support, community, and plenty of hugs. 💛

📚✨ Celebrating Student Poets ✨📚

During National Poetry Month in April, our students explored poetry in library classes—reading, discussing, and creating their own original works. Many embraced the opportunity to become poets, wordsmiths, and illustrators, bringing their creativity to life through verse.

A special shoutout to fourth-grader Turner B., who expanded his three-line haikus into more complex, “tankaesque” pieces—inviting readers to reflect on nature beyond the human experience.

We love seeing our students find their voice and express their creativity through writing! 💛✍️
