Question: Are Champions Built in the Changing/Locker Room?

I can tell you through personal experience that the changing room is the hardest thing to build, but the easiest thing to fall. I had 2 promotions in a long career and without doubt the common denominator was an exceptional team spirit within the changing room walls. Arsenal FC will rightly get all the plaudits for winning the EPL, and rightly so. However, my nomination for another team of the season would also be Wrexham. Previously achieving an unprecedented three consecutive promotions across three different tiers of the English football pyramid, and came so close to playing in the EPL. (Just missing out on the playoffs). Their rise has been nothing short of phenomenal and I expect them to be even closer to promotion next season. I was a former team mate with both Phil Parkinson (Manager) and Steve Parkin (Assistant Manager) and I can tell you that they will have an outstanding team culture within their walls. Recruiting players who fit their model in terms of personality, attitude etc would be high up on their player profile. for the club.

In 2025, The total value of Premier League players was approximately 11.63 billion, amongst the 20 clubs (averages 581.5 million valuation per club).
* AFC Bournemouth players were valued at approximately $589 million.
* Brentford FC were valued at approximately $457 million.
* Brighton & Hove Albion were valued at approximately $535 million. This weeks flowers definitely goes to the 3B's of the EPL, you have been the admiration and envy of many in the game. Pit that against the perceived value of a Chelsea or Tottenham squad/roster and it tells us a great deal right.
Wthout doubt, the value of the 3B's players will have increased at least 25% or more, as they given us some of the most entertaining games this 25/26 season as a collective unit. It goes to show that exceptional player recruitment is the crucial key to success.

We're delighted to announce that we will be providing the opportunity for attendees to receive Player Assessment Reports at the trials in Manchester (July 23rd) and London (August 3rd) hosted by the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA). All reports for every age group written by certified scouts. Recommendations included by Premier League Coaches and former players from 12+ age groups.
