HELP, Housing, Education, Lending Programs HELP exists to promote home ownership opportunities and financial strength through education and cou The majority of our services are free to the community.

HELP, d/b/a HDC of SW Florida, is a HUD-approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving Southwest Florida. Our services include very low, low and moderate income housing assistance to purchase a home, Fair Housing outreach and Homebuyer Education, credit and foreclosure counseling, and money management workshops.

The applicant must select a home in Collier County, meet income brackets, and the property must be the primary residence.
