Working here on getting to the chest-loaded position earlier before moving forward, allowing for better sequencing and a cleaner move through rotation. Small timing adjustments like this can improve consistency, direction, and overall movement efficiency through the swing.

We’re proud to officially welcome Wills Montgomerie to the MacStrength FL coaching team as our newest Pitching Coach.
Wills brings a resume you don’t find in many training facilities — a former pro arm with elite-level experience and the coaching mind to translate it to the next generation of arms in Naples and beyond.
The Résumé:
* 6th Round MLB Draft Pick — Los Angeles Dodgers (2017), 190th overall.
* Former UConn standout — 226 career strikeouts (T-4th all-time in school history).
* 116 K’s in 2017 — 3rd-most in a single season in UConn history.
* 2nd Team All-Conference, AAC.
* Cape Cod League Champion.
* 2019 California League Mid-Season All-Star.
* Pro experience inside the Dodgers organization.
* Most recently — Varsity Pitching Coach & JV Head Coach at Aubrey Rodgers HS, plus North Naples Little League contributor
