Quick tip if exercise has been hurting you:
Before you add weight, add control.
Most pain in the gym comes from moving through ranges of motion your body isn’t ready for yet.
Slow the movement down, reduce the load, and build from there.
No heroics. Just progress that doesn’t break you down.
