I thought it was interesting to note the material after ORANGE which was strictly beginner rank. For PURPLE you were taught SHORT 2 instead of LONG 1 as your next form plus FINGER SET which is the order taught back then !

Encourage students to study all literature pertaining to KENPO. Refer them to Mr. Parker‘s books and all other sanctioned or approved by the IKKA much of the written exam will originate from the literature mentioned above. Knowledge of history (passed and present), philosophy, principles, etc., in addition to physical ability, all our inclusive in determining whether a student passes or not.
