“Great discussion! Lots of ideas for working on syllabification of words the way they are spoken.”

In a recent School Matters session, we tackled:
• Supporting a 2nd grader who adds sounds when writing
• Breaking apart spoken syllables with a 5th-grade student
• Practical word study activities for 4th grade
