Last Thursday, we celebrated the graduating seniors of NCA with faculty, staff, family and friends at our Commencement Ceremony. It was an honor to have Mr. Colin Mullaney of Hillsdale College K-12 Education join us to deliver the Commencement Address.

Graduation marks a powerful milestone. The ceremony was an inspiring and unforgettable celebration of achievement. We honored their hard work, perseverance, and growth, as well as expressed our excitement and hope for their future. While we are immensely proud to see our seniors embark on the next chapter of their journey toward success and fulfillment, it is deeply bittersweet knowing we will no longer stand beside them to celebrate their triumphs and champion their achievements.

We hope that they know we will always be cheering for them, even when we are not nearby. They will forever be NCA Patriots. ❤🤍💙

Congratulations to the NCA Class of 2026! 🎓

Our 9th and 10th grade scholars recently visited the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium in Sarasota with Mrs. LaRubio, Dr. Coticone and Ms. Bonham. Scholars participated in a DNA study for nesting turtles along the gulf, a scavenger hunt, and exhibition viewing of the marine life.

By interacting directly with various scientific exhibits, scholars received immersive, hands-on learning that sparks their curiosity and strengthens their critical thinking skills, as well as fosters a deeper appreciation for discovery and innovation. Our hope is that this trip leaves our scholars more informed, inspired, and intellectually energized to continue exploring science beyond the classroom.

Real content fosters a natural love for learning and thinking. Students learn about historical events, characters, stories, fables, myths, scientific facts, and mathematical proofs. They read whole books in great depth, and learn to approach books both with motivation to learn and courage to question. This helps to sustain the best kind of conversation and elevate the tenor of our common life.

On Tuesday, we held our 3rd Annual Kindergarten-Senior Pinning Ceremony to honor our senior scholars as they complete their time at NCA, and are preparing to carry the lessons that they’ve learned here into the world. We also celebrate our kindergarten scholars as they complete their first milestone year engaging in the liberal arts and the grammar stage of the trivium.

We thank all of our parents for entrusting their children to this mission, and partnering with us in the formation of the next generation of great thinkers. Congratulations to both our senior and kindergarten scholars on this joyful and meaningful occasion.
