A couple years ago I got the “5 minute journal” and have really been into journal prompts ever since. 🖊📖
My favorite part has been making my own that align with whatever I’m needing in that period of my life.
This one is one of my favorites, short, grounding, mindful + intentional. It’s amazing how spending these 5 minutes can have such a big impact on my day. ⚡️
