• 🍎Diet Over Exercise: While exercise is vital for long-term health and weight management, DIET is key for initial weight loss. One simple step to clean up your diet is to follow EWG’s Clean/Dirty Dozen guide:

• 💪Preserve Muscle Mass: Weight loss shouldn’t come at the expense of muscle. Since the body may break down muscle tissue BEFORE FAT if nutritional needs aren’t met, getting enough quality protein with each meal is a must to preserve strength and LONGEVITY.
• 💡Micronutrients Matter: Deficiencies of some micronutrients can cause many symptoms that people attribute to aging. Low MAGNESIUM levels may be caused by stress — can lead to muscle aches, cramps, constipation, and migraines. Paying attention to your micronutrient intake**.
Making lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming, but the trick is to START SMALL.
