Neurodegenerative disorders can progressively affect movement, strength, balance, cognition, and daily function.

While exercise cannot cure or stop these conditions, appropriately prescribed exercise can help maintain physical capacity and support mobility, strength, balance, independence, and quality of life.

Resistance training helps preserve function and supports the individual as their condition changes. 🌱

At IEM, exercise is individualized to your diagnosis, symptoms, abilities, and needs.

Strength. Stability. Control.

At IEM, we use a variety of training tools, including TRX, resistance bands, and free weights, to create exercises that can be adapted to each individual's abilities and goals. 💪

These tools allow our coaches to challenge strength, balance, stability, coordination, and control, while keeping movement functional and relevant to everyday life.

Kylie is one of IEM’s fitness professionals, dedicated to helping others improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. 🌱

As a Performance Coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, she helps individuals build strength, move better, and work toward their personal goals through supportive, individualized coaching. 🤸‍♂️

Her own experiences with injuries and rehabilitation sparked her interest in helping others feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing the things they love.

What she loves most about coaching is seeing clients make progress, gain confidence, and accomplish things they once thought they couldn’t.

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Kylie has always enjoyed taking advantage of the Florida outdoors. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the beach or spending time with family and friends.

Her advice for anyone getting started is simple: “Start small and focus on consistency rather than trying to do everything at once. Progress takes time!”

And for anyone who may feel nervous about coming in, Kylie wants you to know that everyone starts somewhere. She is here to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported along the way.

If you’re ready to move better and feel better, Kylie is here to help.💪

Regular exercise is important for everyone, but it can be especially valuable for people living with joint pain.

Exercise strengthens the muscles that support your joints, helps maintain mobility, and can reduce pain and fatigue.

When joints are painful or stiff, movement may feel like the last thing you want to do. But the right type and amount of exercise can help you move more comfortably and maintain the strength and function you need for everyday life. 🤸‍♀️

Exercise plays an important role in supporting health across many different conditions.

At Inspire, our team has experience working with individuals affected by cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disorders, osteoporosis, mental health concerns, and more. 🌱

Movement should be safe, guided, and specific to you. We take your health, abilities, goals, and needs into account to create an exercise program that helps you move with confidence and work toward better strength, function, and quality of life.🏋️‍♂️

Balance is one of the most important aspects of healthy movement, yet it's often overlooked!

Every step, turn, reach, and change in direction relies on your balance. Like strength and endurance, it's a skill that needs to be challenged regularly. Without consistent practice, balance naturally declines over time.

Including balance exercises in your routine can help reduce the risk of falls, improve confidence with everyday movement, and support independence as you age.

Train your balance today to keep moving with confidence tomorrow. 🤸‍♀️

Cardiovascular disease can make it harder for the heart and blood vessels to deliver oxygen-rich blood throughout the body. Over time, this can lead to shortness of breath, muscle weakness, fatigue, and a higher risk of complications.

The good news? Regular, appropriately prescribed exercise is one of the most effective tools for managing cardiovascular disease. It can help improve heart and blood vessel function, lower blood pressure, enhance circulation, increase physical endurance, and improve quality of life.🌱

At Inspire Exercise Medicine, every exercise program is individualized, evidence-based, and designed to help you move safely and confidently at every stage of your health journey. 💪

This Fourth of July, we celebrated more than the holiday. We celebrated every step, every session, and every milestone our patients achieved. 💪

Independence looks different for everyone. For some, it's walking farther, climbing the stairs with more confidence, or having the strength to spend time doing the things they love.
Every session is a step toward greater strength, function, and independence.

We hope everyone had a safe and happy Fourth of July. ❤️🤍💙
