Your arms and hands shouldn’t be doing all the work in your golf swing. Letting your body lead the movement can help everything stay connected and create a smoother, more efficient swing.

Focus on letting your body lead during your next practice session and feel how much easier the swing becomes!

Senior golfers, that bent lead elbow could be costing you clubhead speed. 🏌️‍♂️

Keep your lead elbow straight at the top of the backswing and create a wider arc.

Same body movement, but now the clubhead has more room to move and generate speed.

Straighten that lead elbow and let your body do the work. 🔥

Trying to swing harder doesn’t always lead to more speed or distance. A more efficient swing uses better movement, timing, and sequencing to create power without wasting energy.

Focus on moving better instead of swinging harder and see how much easier your swing can feel!

Senior golfers, want more carry distance? 🏌️‍♂️

Focus on these 2 things:

⛳ Keep pressure on a stress ball under the arch of your trail foot during the backswing.
⛳ Finish with your belt buckle closer to the target than your nose.

This helps your body deliver the club instead of relying on your hands and arms. It may feel uncomfortable at first, so record your swing and see what’s actually happening.

Try it and gain that carry distance. 🔥

You don’t have to force the club into a shallow position. When your body moves correctly and your swing stays in sequence, the club can start to shallow naturally during the downswing.

Practice this move slowly and feel how the club falls into a better position on its own!

Bruce stopped blaming his body and started learning how to use it.

That shift made all the difference.

Better movement led to more consistent contact, better positions on the course, and a swing that keeps improving.

You don’t need to change your body to play better golf. You need to learn how to use it.
