As we continue to monitor ongoing health guidance and local restrictions, we are continuing to hold classes while taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our students and staff. Here are some things you can expect on our campus during a COVID-19 enrollment:
• Small groups in classrooms and labs according to state/local guidelines
• Increased space between desks or other student seating
• A mandatory mask policy is still in place regardless of vaccination status - please bring your own cloth, N95, or surgical mask to each class. Bandanas, neck-gaiters, or other mask substitutes aren't acceptable
• Increased touchless hand-sanitizing stations throughout campus
• Incomplete status to continue the program at a later date upon confirmation of a documented exposure, doctor-ordered quarantine, or positive COVID-19 test
• Limiting the number of persons in the building at any time, based on square footage and other factors
Our administrators are still working remotely at certain times, and office hours/appointments are by scheduled appointment. Please contact the office if you need in-person assistance or would like a tour.
Registration is open for all 2021 classes with seats available. We encourage you to register early as classes fill quickly due to limited sizes, and to monitor your email prior to and during enrollment for updated information or protocols, as the guidance continues to evolve and change.
More details about these precautions and other frequently asked COVID-19 related questions can be found on our website: https://chicagophleb.com/faqCovid.php
