This summer, 160 Cardinals shared their research and internship experiences at the Summer Research & Internship Showcase highlighting the knowledge, skills, and experiences they gained beyond the classroom.

The 2026–27 Cardinal First Leadership Team is a talented and committed group—and they are ready to welcome 400+ NEW first-gen students to North Central College! 🎉

At today’s Leadership Retreat, our student leaders strategized about how they can intentionally help our newest first-gen students connect, engage, and belong.

Special thanks to Dr. Susie Lafferty from LEV for leading an activity on CliftonStrengths, and to five representatives from Insurance for sharing their time and wisdom with our leaders over lunch.

We are excited for what this team will do for our first-gen community! 🔴⚪🔴⚪
