Dear Ranch View Families,

As we continue to navigate the challenges and needs of the recent tornado together, please know that we will continue to be here for our friends and neighbors in our community. There are no words to describe the compassion and generosity of the families behind the gift card donations as well as to describe the grace and appreciation shown by our families in need.

The school office will be closed Thursday, July 1, Friday, July 2nd and Monday, July 5th. However, we will be monitoring email and voicemail. If you are in need of gift cards before we return to the office on Tuesday, July 6th, please leave a voicemail on the office number 630-420-6575. You can also email Claudia Hayes at [email protected] and we will coordinate a time to meet at Ranch View School.

Thank you one and all.

Greetings,
Please see the following information shared from our Superintendent, Dan Bridges. I can’t thank you enough for the outpouring of love ans support shown for our families impacted by the last night’s tornado. The Ranch View School is truly a family who sticks together no matter what. We will continue to provide updates throughout the week. Thank you again!

Dear Naperville 203 Community:

In the wake of last night’s tornados in our area, I wanted to take a moment to show support to our community impacted by this unexpected weather event. It’s never easy to understand why these types of events hit one part of our community and not the other parts, but Naperville 203 and our community-at-large stand ready to support those in need.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out wanting to help. Ranch View Elementary School has been set up as a Red Cross Aid Station and they will be on the scene supporting any families in need. The City of Naperville announced that residents should continue to avoid the storm-damaged area at this time. Those who would like to assist with any future opportunities for volunteer clean-up efforts are asked to call (630) 305-5340 to leave their contact information with City staff. City officials are currently working with the Red Cross to determine what donation and/or volunteer assistance is needed. Additional details will be made available once plans have been finalized. In the meantime, monetary donations can be made to the Red Cross at www.redcross.org/local/illinois/ways-to- donate.html. Donations of bottled water will be accepted in the front lobby of the Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St. The District will be assessing any Naperville 203 families in need and will work with the Naperville Education Foundation’s Kid Booster Crisis Fund to offer support.
