When someone hears compensation their mind automatically resorts to a bad thing, although this is not always the case. The body cannot function without compensation, when an area of is not operating as it should, it will find a way to complete the task. Though, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t more effective ways complete the task. When someone is experiencing pain or discomfort, then it may be worth trying to address.

Rim height: 9’7 (measured)

Theoretically, would need to add 5 inches to my approach vert to have these in my bag on 10 foot.
