Happy Earth day, Cardinals! Each of these photos were taken within the last 4 service trips Breakaway has been on. Breakaway gives students a unique opportunity to travel and explore new cultures while building houses and serving new communities. As a student at , you have the chance to be apart of something bigger than yourself. Breakaway from your comfort zone and volunteer to help others! It’s an experience you’ll never forget!

Please join us Wednesday, April 22nd from 5:30-7pm for a bonfire to celebrate Earth Day! The event will take place at the Jefferson Lawn fire pit outside Wentz Science Center! We plan to promote positive messages and encourage students to end the semester strong! All are welcome!

we had a lovely time traveling to the Pacific Northwest to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity!

We depart this Sunday for our annual Spring break adventure with Habitat for Humanity!

Payton Babcock, one of BREAKAWAY’s committed members, shared that one of their “favorite breakaway memories was getting to spend the weekend with some of my best friends doing the most fulfilling work! I loved getting to make a difference!”

Another positive memory from BREAKAWAY member, Katie Marsh: “One of my favorite memories from Breakaway was when we went to Monarch Landing last spring. We did chalk art in the courtyard for the residents there and it was such a blast. Many of the residents were very happy to see us again and even happier to see the beautiful art we did. I am so happy we were able to do that and can’t wait to go back this spring!”
