The Indian Prairie Education Association (IPEA) is the local affiliate of the Illinois Education Association and National Education Association.
The IPEA represents over two thousand professional educators teaching early childhood through 12th grade in Indian Prairie Community School District #204 serving Naperville, Aurora, and Bolingbrook. The Indian Prairie Community School District has twenty-one elementary schools, seven middle schools, three high schools, and educates over 27,000 children

With more than 60 combined years dedicated to students, they also gave countless hours of service and leadership to IPEA through the Executive Board and past bargaining teams by always advocating, mentoring, and standing up for educators and public education.
