Art Spotlight!

This week in Art, our students learned about the Artist Thutmose and “The bust of Nefertiti” from 1350 BC.

They crafted Egyptian necklaces and learned about making patterns with shapes and colors!

Junior High STEM Spotlight!

Our students designed their own micro:bits!

A micro:bit is a pocket-sized, programmable computer designed to help beginners learn how code and hardware work together.

What an incredible day for our SSPP ASCA runners! They gave it their all, showed amazing determination, and represented their schools with pride. We’re so proud of every single runner and all they accomplished today! Way to run, everyone!

4th grade Spotlight!

Today in science our 4th graders tested their knowledge of the scientific method by doing an experiment to see how many drops of water fit on the surface of a penny.

They then changed a variable and saw if more or less drops of salt water would fit compared to plain water!
