After already breaking the school record in prelims, Alivia Henkel came back and made history AGAIN, securing NCAA Division III National Champion status in the 400m hurdles with a blazing new school record time of 58.65! 🏆🔥

Alivia Henkel breaks her own CCIW & NCC record by running 58.65 in the finals at the NCAA Division III Nationals Championships!!!

She ran the NCAA DIII #5 All-time in the 400M Hurdles!! LETS FLY!!

Gwen Berenyi capped off an incredible senior season with a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships, earning Second Team All-American honors! ❤️

We are so proud of everything she has accomplished as a Cardinal!!
