Silverado Cooking School The Silverado Cooking School offers hands-on cooking classes featuring ingredients from our own farm.

The Silverado Cooking School offers hands-on and demonstration cooking classes featuring farm-fresh ingredients from Chef Malcolm’s own farm, paired with ingredients from the finest local purveyors and world-class wines from Napa Valley.

✜ Wednesday-Sunday: Regularly scheduled classes & series
✜ Available for private events & team-building events: Call or email for availability

Whether a novice in the kitchen or an accomplished home cook, participants will enjoy learning seasonal recipes in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Classes culminate with everyone sitting down together to enjoy the meal they’ve just prepared.

After 12 incredible years, the Silverado Cooking School has closed for classes and events. We want to extend our sincerest appreciation to the thousands and thousands of people who made our jobs and the Cooking School an exciting place to cook and work.
