Hi everyone, it's been a while since I posted to our group page but I have been thinking how much I would enjoy to see many of you again. Sadly, we have been getting together to mourn the loss of our family members rather than celebrating each other 's company. Next year, believe it or not, our 40th year anniversary of JSHS class of '78 will be here!

Barbara Ann Kolar Rota

Barbara Ann Kolar Rota, daughter of the late Gerhardt Kolar and Rita Zwicky, was born Nov. 1, 1960, in Napa. She passed away July 26, 2014, in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Joseph Rota. She was a graduate of University of Nevada Las Vegas. She taught school in Elko, Nevada. Before retiring to Pineville, she resided in Kiowa, Colorado.

She is survived by her husband: Joseph Rota of Pineville; two children: Roy Rota and Jessica Eads of Fort Collins, Colorado; and two siblings: Mark Kolar and Jeannie Kolar, both of Folsom, California.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements: Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock, Arkansas.
