Just like I wasn’t until I realized I had been clenching my belly all day for years without knowing it, or tensing my arms so much to control what I was working on that I thought I had a serious carpal tunnel issue. My mind was so high on multi-tasking that by the end of the day I needed something to bring me down to a state of relaxation.

I loved feeling the video games industry heart beating and blood pumping at and last week in San Francisco. What a mass of collaborative energy in the same orbit – the interconnectivity between all the people who attended is amazing when you think about it – each individual's planned meetings to bumping into old colleagues to meeting new people who just happen to be right next to you at the right time.
