As cold and flu season approaches, please take a moment to review our Sick Policy.

If your child isn’t feeling well, please keep them home to rest and recover.

To help protect everyone, our coaches may ask children showing signs of illness to leave class, and a makeup class will be assigned.

New month. New goals. New ways to grow! 🌟

Our Achievement Program helps kids build skills, confidence, and independence through purposeful practice and play.

This month, we’re focusing on:

💪 Body Focus: High Bar
🤸 Body Focus: Forward Tumbling
🧠 Mind Focus: Problem Solving

And as children progress through our Preschool Gymnastics, Gymnastics, and Ninja programs, they’ll have opportunities to take on challenges, track their progress, level up, and celebrate what they’ve accomplished. 🎉

Because at My Gym, it’s not about being perfect — practice makes progress. 💙
