The Rising Tide Preschool community is deeply saddened by the passing of our friend and founding member, Frank Robinson.
Frank played an important role in helping bring Rising Tide to life and believed strongly that no child should be denied the opportunity to attend preschool because of financial need. His commitment to our children and families will continue through the Frank Robinson Scholarship Fund, which proudly bears his name.
