-------------------PRE-REQUISITES--------------------
Demonstrated proficiency in firearm safety and use is required. LE, military, or security experience HIGHLY recommended. Due to the extreme nature of the training associated with this course, RPG may conduct a background check on students attending. Students must be in good physical and mental condition. Persons who are convicted felons, have a documented history of mental illness, or who have been convicted of domestic violence need not apply.

•Carbine with sling.
•Handgun with lvl 2 retention holster and concealable holster.
•Ammunition (Min. 1000 rounds each)
•Magazines (Min. 3 each, 5-6 each preferred)
•Tactical/range/load bearing belt, Chest rig, or plate carrier to carry magazines and equiptment.
•Ifak with TQ
•Proper range Attire.
•Eye and Ear Protection
•Notebook With Pens
•Hydration (nalgene/camelback)
•Joint Protection (Recommended)

COME TRAIN WITH US! Our classes have begun again, but with modifications:

1. We currently are training at Buljan Park in Roseville, CA (no indoor training), class times are 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
2. All training is conducted in adherence of the six foot "social distancing" rule.
3. The wearing of masks is strongly encouraged.
4. Anybody with cold/flu like symptoms, fever, coughing, sneezing, etc, will not be allowed to train.
5. The use of hand sanitizers before, during, and after training is strongly encouraged.
6. All new persons interested in coming to class, whether to train or just observe, MUST schedule it with the instructor. Please don't just show up. You can message me through this page.
7. All participants must have a signed release of liability form on file before being allowed to train.

Currently, our training consists of:

1. Junan Taiso (stretching, mobility, conditioning drills)
2. Ukemi Taihenjutsu (rolling, jumping, etc.)
3. Uke/Tsuki/Keri no Kata (solo receiving, striking, kicking forms)
4. Sanshin no Kata (solo whole body movement forms)
5. Kihon Happo no Kata (basic foundational techniques normally done with a partner, but practiced as solo forms)
6. Rokushakubo (6' staff basic drills and techniques)
