This November was a blast at preschool. We learned sequencing and patterns, making our very own pumpkin pie cups and turkey patterns/loose parts play. We also focused this month on animal science and habitats. We studied new facts about animals through books and learned about different habitats.

This awesome 3-year-old student is making huge strides learning sound recognition! Using tangible objects and feeling his breath when teaching “H” sounds has solidified learning for him.

Thank you to the Idaho State Police for taking time to visit our little preschool! The kids loved the hands-on learning about safety and how police officers help to protect our communities. The kids even earned their jr. police badges!

Our dental health unit was so fun this week! We had a dentist visit from Children’s Dentistry of Idaho (thank you!), worked on fine motor skills to polish our teeth, and brushed away sugar bugs. The kids learned about tooth anatomy and foods that are good for our teeth.
