We encourage all parents & guardians to attend and participate in selecting our PTO board members for the upcoming term. **Every vote counts, so please come and make sure your voice is heard!**

So which sport is next?

FLAG. FOOTBALL.

We are excited to announce that we have come to agreement to become an official NFL FLAG league! Our league will be one of the largest in Idaho with over 350 participants. We will also be the only indoor league in Idaho. We anticipate the league running roughly from the first weekend in November to weekend prior to Christmas (specifics TBD, subject to change). We hope to be able to offer this program to participants on a donation only basis (e.g. we may say, "suggested donation of $25 to cover fees and officials"). Pretty awesome huh?!

Up Next Preslee Jensen, the second member of our volleyball coaching staff!

My name is Preslee Jensen, and I am excited to be joining Brabeion as a volleyball coach and educator.

Volleyball has been a significant part of my life for many years. I played collegiate volleyball at Eastern Oregon University before continuing my playing career overseas in England while earning my Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. These experiences helped shape my passion for athletics, leadership, and athlete development, while also teaching me the importance of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Teaching and have spent the past year teaching physical education at the middle school level. Working with students has reinforced my passion for helping young people grow both as athletes and as individuals.

As a coach, I strive to create a positive and competitive environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve. My goal is to help players develop strong fundamentals, build confidence in their abilities, and learn lessons that extend beyond the volleyball court. I believe some of the greatest growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone, embracing challenges, and learning from mistakes.

I am excited to get to know the athletes and families at Brabeion and look forward to a great season ahead.

We're excited to introduce the first of your two coaches: Kaylee MacDannald!

Hi! My name is Kaylee MacDannald, and I’m originally from Ripon, California. I have played both softball and volleyball my entire life. Growing up, I played club and high school volleyball. As a middle blocker, I developed a deep love for the game that has stayed with me ever since.

After high school, I had the opportunity to continue playing both sports at the collegiate level. While I ultimately chose to focus on softball in college, volleyball has always remained one of my greatest passions. I earned my teaching degree and master’s degree from College of Idaho and am currently a kindergarten teacher.

I am so excited for the opportunity to coach and share my love for volleyball with young athletes. I look forward to helping players grow their skills, build confidence, work as a team, and have fun along the way! 🏐🤍
