🚗✨ Back-to-School Traffic Flow Reminder ✨🚗

Hello Gator Families!
As we kick off another amazing school year, please take a moment to review our arrival and dismissal procedures to help keep everyone safe and traffic moving smoothly.

➡️ Enter through the same school entrance as in previous years.
➡️ Turn right into the parking lot and make another right after passing the tree.
➡️ Continue past the parking spaces on your right and follow the curve around.
➡️ Pull forward as far as possible, and your student will come to your vehicle.
➡️ We will be using one drop-off/pick-up line only.

When leaving:
✅ Exit the same way you entered.
✅ All vehicles must make right turns only when exiting the parking lot.

Important Reminders:
🚸 Speed limit in the parking lot is 5 mph.
🚫 Please do not park in the middle of the parking lot.
🚶 If you need to park, please use available parking on Sherman Ave. and walk to the building.

We are so excited to see you very soon for Meet the Teacher Night! Come see us from 5:00 to 7:00 pm tonight! Meet your teacher, check out your classroom, and drop off any school supplies you’ve gathered.

✅ IMPORTANT: Your child must have a completed Final Forms registration to be placed in a classroom. If you still have not completed it, you still have time before the first day of school!

Kindergarten Parents your open house will be on Monday August 10th from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m and Tuesday, August 11 from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m!

Kindergarten Assessments - Wednesday, August 5
Kindergarten assessments will be held on Wednesday, August 5. A staff member will contact you to schedule a convenient assessment time for your child.
If you have not been contacted, please call the school office at (208) 468-4628 to schedule an appointment.

If you plan to attend Open House on Wednesday, August 5, from 5:00–7:00 p.m., you may stop by the cafeteria, and your child can complete their assessment during that time.

Meet Your Kindergarten Teacher
You're invited to meet your child's kindergarten teacher at a time that is convenient for your family. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

Gators! Here are some important reminders from the Nampa School District! If you are not following them as well, please do! We give most of the same information but it is always good to see everything more than once!

📣 Final reminder for the 2026–2027 school year!

Families, please review the important transportation, athletics, and student enrollment information in the graphic.

🚌 Register through FinalForms by July 31 to be assigned a bus stop. Bus stop details will be shared through ParentSquare on August 5.

🏀 All student-athletes must complete athletic registration through FinalForms before participating in school sports.

🎒 New and returning students: Please ensure your information is updated and all required documents—including current proof of residency—are uploaded.

We can't wait to see all of our Gators in just a few short weeks!

✏️ Registration is open for all students, and every student must be registered before they can be placed in a classroom. We are using FinalForms again this year, so returning families please be sure to check your email—including your spam folder—for registration information. Families can complete registration online through FinalForms at https://www.nsd131.org/enroll.

Please bring your student's birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency when registering.

👩‍🏫 Teacher assignments will be available during Meet & Greet on August 5th from 5:00–7:00 PM. Please remember that students cannot be assigned to a classroom until registration is complete and all required documents have been submitted.

🚌 Bus registration must also be completed before students can ride the bus. Registration is available through FinalForms and takes a minimum of two days to process through the transportation routing system. If you need assistance, contact NSD Transportation at 208-498-0588 or visit www.nsd131.org/transportation.

🏫 The first day of school for students in grades 1–5 is August 10. School begins at 8:51 AM and ends at 4:03 PM. Please note that there is no school on Fridays unless otherwise indicated on the school calendar.

Kindergarten families should watch for additional information coming soon regarding Kindergarten Orientation on August 10 and 11!

✏️ ACTION REQUIRED!
Is your student returning to the Nampa School District this fall? The Returning Student process is open! The Nampa School District requires parents or guardians of returning students to review contact phone numbers, address, emergency and health information for their student that is contained in Final Forms, and to review the district's policies and procedures.

IF you’re in need of transportation for the 2026-2027 school year, your Final Forms registration must be completed by July 31, 2026. Bus stop information will be shared on August 5, 2026, via ParentSquare.

Details to know:
• Completion of the Annual Information Update is mandatory for all parents of returning students.
• Final Forms accounts are tied to the parent's e-mail address. Parents should log in to their Final Forms account prior to verifying that their email address and password are correct. If a password has been forgotten, click on the "Forgotten Password" link to establish a new one.
• Use the Final Forms website: nampa-id.finalforms.com
