Ms. Jester's 3rd grade class reached their math goal and celebrated with a PJ party! We love it when our teachers think outside of the box and celebrate wins (big or small) with their students! Great job, EAGLES!

Did you know that Texas Roadhouse hosts field trips?

On Thursday, Iowa Elementary School FASE students experienced the most fun, interactive, educational and delicious field trip there! They were given a kitchen tour, learned the ins and outs of cooking and serving, got their own drinks from the soda fountain and got to play rock, paper scissor with Andy the Armadillo! They were served a chicken tenders and fries, a yummy lunch that they were able to see be prepared.

They had so much fun and made us so proud for how well they represented our school! We're just mad that they didn't bring us back any warm rolls and cinnamon butter 😉

Last week, Iowa Elementary School got ridiculously lucky and scored a visit from the amazing author and former Iowa teacher, Patty McMahon, who captivated her audience of Eagles with a reading of her book, Henry + Ronan and the Monster Fishing Trip Adventure! 📚 🦈🐠🐟

Huge congrats to our Iowa Superstar of the Week! 🎉

Congratulations to this week's Students of the Week! We are so proud of you!

Today was also the first day that our 5th grade leaders took the lead in our virtual assembly. They did fantastic leading the pledge, reading the names of the students of the week, making our school announcements and helping the students of the week get their book from the book vending machine!

We've got a whole new level of co****le game thanks to last year's Ambassadors! They went all out and got us customized boards that can withstand even the most aggressive of beanbag tosses (no, really, they're super durable!). Our students will be enjoying this awesomeness for years to come, all thanks to the 5th-grade fundraising rockstars of last year! THANK YOU!

And let's not forget the superheroes of Nampa School District 's maintenance team, who somehow managed to lug these behemoths to the field without breaking a sweat (or their backs). 🙌
