Don’t ever underestimate the power of some good food and a nap! 😴 God is not calling you to rhythms that lead to burn out, so practice healthy rhythms of rest if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or even if you’re not thinking straight. Don’t underestimate the power of some good food, a nap, and some time with Jesus. 😉
