ANNOUNCING our new head varsity volleyball coach, Jessie Haragos! ππππ
Coach Haragos was a setter at NCHS from 2008-2011. She then played at Asbury University from 2011-2015. She coached at the high school level in Virginia as well as the collegiate level as an assistant at High Point University in North Carolina, helping her team to a conference championship and advancing to the NCAA National tournament. She also worked as the Director of Operations for Creighton University. She was most recently an assistant at NNU since 2019.
Why Nampa Christian?
Nampa Christian is the school that helped raise me and disciple me for Christ. Itβs where I developed a joy for playing volleyball.
What excites you about Nampa Christian?
I am excited to partner with Jesus, parents, and Nampa Christian in discipling these young athletes and developing them into wise women who love Jesus and have a joy in their heart for the Gospel and others. Volleyball is a great game, full of joy and passion that we can use as a vehicle to worship the Lord!
Welcome to the team, Coach Haragos!

Dear Nampa Christian Family,
As you may know, one of our beloved high school teachers, Mrs. Perkins, will undergo bypass surgery stemming from complications arising from Type 1 Diabetes today. She will be unable to work for 4-6 weeks after this procedure.
We wanted to bring this to the attention of the Nampa Christian family for two reasons. The first is to ask that youβd join us in prayer. Please pray not only for the success of the surgical team, but also for comfort and peace for Mrs. Perkins and her family through both the surgery and her recovery.
The second reason is to give you the opportunity to give a financial gift* to the Perkins family in light of the significant costs associated with a procedure of this kind. If the Lord is leading you to give in this way, here is the appropriate link: https://link.clover.com/urlshortener/wq7spL
*Please note, gifts of this nature are not tax-deductible, but will undoubtedly be a wonderful blessing!
