Northwest Nazarene University and College of Idaho have been awarded an NIH grant through Idaho INBRE to develop an innovative program for NNU’s first-year wellness and genetics courses.

Our cadaver dissection team (Pre-Med and Pre-PT undergrads) is hard at work with their own deep dive on human anatomy while also prepping the cadavers for Human A&P lab. An invaluable experience!

We have so many students to be proud of, and Dylan Breuer is no exception with what he did as an INBRE Summer Fellow.
At the recent Idaho INBRE conference he won 1st place Fast Pitch for his research titled “Hiding in Plain Sight: Stopping Group A Streptococcus from Evading the Immune System.”
The project described was supported by an Institutional Development Award (IDeA) from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences of the National Institutes of Health under Grant . The contents are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent the official views of NIH.
