With Mr. Soto out of town, it was Mr. Mather’s turn to step into the Culinary kitchen! He is whipping up some Cowboy Cooking this week!

Today, students made sourdough starter, and tomorrow, they will be making biscuits with their starter!

Check back tomorrow and maybe Mr. Mather will share his sourdough starter recipe!

Last week, 6th graders practiced building hand-eye coordination skills! Skills like these are essential when kids are working in the trades!

We had a VERY full house yesterday at Elevate Nampa! We had a group of people from Norwood Development Group, Colorado Schools Fund, and the Legacy Institute.

Culinary students whipped up a delicious meal for them and provided top-notch customer service. Then, a group of students led them through the building to showcase and highlight trade spaces and classrooms.

It was an awesome day here! Let's Elevate!

We are all so proud of the hard work and dedication Public Safety students put in to honor 9/11 victims. Special thanks to our staff, Brian Bartley retired NYPD Officer, Daisy for singing the National Anthem, NPD Officer Sally Miller & Chris Jones who helped train the students to present our colors today.
