๐พ Happy first day of school tomorrow morning Bobcats!
Students and families, please scroll through for details about coming in to school and getting your schedule ๐ค.
Parents and guardians may accompany their students to the front patio- there are a couple great spots for pictures! Once students enter the building, they will be directed to pick up their schedules. 6th graders will go to the library, which is located on the left as you enter the gallery hallway. 7th and 8th graders will go to the gym, which is on the left almost all the way to the end of the gallery hallway!
The bell schedule is listed as well for your convenience. This is a great thing to save and refer back to throughout the year.
Continue to reach out with questions! We appreciate your patience as we work hard to answer them all ๐

๐พ School starts bright and early tomorrow morning, hurray!
Bobcat families, please scroll through to review our drop off procedures. Please use lots of patience and care as we all work to get our middle school students into the building safely.
* This info details the process for dropping off your student in our front parking lot. For students who walk or are dropped off across the street in the church parking lot, please note that our safety aide Mr. Bradley escorts students across Greenhurst in the crosswalk!
As cars enter our front parking lot and stay to the right, the lane opens up as you approach the front of the school. The left lane is for PASSING ONLY. Please do not stop and have your student exit the vehicle while you are in the left lane. Note where the drop off area begins- you do not have to wait until you are directly in front of the main patio to let your student out.
The main crossing area from the parking lot to the front patio will be staffed as much as possible. Please yield completely to anyone crossing there.
The parking lot between the school and the tennis courts is strictly bussing only until all buses have departed for the day. Please do not turn in there until 4pm or later.
If you need to accompany your student into the building, please park in our front parking lot, and then walk in with them. Please do not drop your student off in the parking lot, as visibility can be poor.
We anticipate a little bit of a learning curve, but we appreciate your help following these front parking lot drop off procedures! ๐พ

๐พ A few of our Bobcats got some hands-on work experience as hot air balloon grounds crew today!
A balloon unexpectedly landed in our field and we jumped to help, carefully walking it to the parking lot, pulling it to the ground as it deflated, folding it up, and loading it into its bag and trailer.
Pilot instructor Pete of Freedom Flight, Inc. "The POW-MIA Hot Air Balloon Team" then took some time to talk to our students about aviation, the history or hot air balloons, and opportunities for anyone wanting to go into becoming a pilot or working in aviation. It was the coolest!
Shout out to: Mr. Bradley, Mrs. Elliott, Mr. Gildesgaard, Isaac Toone, Lincoln Bastian, Ivan Lozano, Fabian Ibarra, Daniel Correa Pelayo, Xavier Almeida-Vega, Zeke DeLaRosa, and Mrs. Izatt for all of your help!
Pretty fun adventure for the last day of school ๐ซก๐๐ญโ๏ธ๐จ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐พ
