The Studio The Studio, Outer Banks is a mindfulness studio that focuses on educational health and wellness for children of all ages.

We offer Mindfulness programs in our Pre-K, After-School and summer programs as well as evening meditation classes for adults.

🎭✨ A little Lost Colony magic came to Karma Kids!

We loved welcoming actors from The Lost Colony to The Studio for a special visit with our Karma Kids! Our kids got a peek into the world of live theater, creativity, storytelling, and what it takes to bring history to life on stage.

Such a fun way to connect our kids with the incredible people and experiences that make the Outer Banks so special. 💜💚

“Chill Time” looks a little different every day. 💜 Sometimes we move our bodies, sometimes we create, and sometimes we simply rest. Taking a moment to reset in the middle of a long summer day is always worth it. This week’s Zentangles were definitely a favorite! ✨
