It was such a joy to welcome our newest group of incoming music majors at orientation.
Here’s to making the most of the last few weeks of summer—rest up, recharge, and get ready for an exciting semester ahead! 🎵

📣Calling all non-Music majors who have always wanted to learn to play the guitar🎸. Now is the time to learn while earning credit hours! ⏰ Learn how to:
🎵Read music
🎵Perform fundamental rhythms
🎵Play basic chord harmonies to create full-sounding music on the guitar.

🎉 This past Friday, we welcomed another fantastic group of incoming students to the School of Music!
We’re officially in the home stretch—less than a month to go, and two more orientation sessions still ahead. 🎶
The momentum is building, and it’s shaping up to be an incredible year. We can’t wait to see these musicians join our community! 💜

✨ We were thrilled to welcome another outstanding group of future educators, composers, performers, recording engineers, and producers to campus yesterday! 🎶
The energy, creativity, and talent they bring is already inspiring and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish.
⏳ Just 6 weeks remain until these musicians join the rest of our students for the Fall 2026 semester. The countdown is on!
