We love bok choy! We grew it and ate it raw and in fried rice!

We’ve been bad at sharing this year, but the Class in the Grass is still thriving! Today Mrs. Serena’s class harvested kale and made kale quesadillas! It was their first time trying kale and they loved it!!

Can’t believe summer is almost over! While I was home with my new baby, one of my school babies was hard at work with her mom taking care of the Class in the Grass! I could not be more grateful for this sweet family! I can only hope my daughter will be this cute of a gardener one day ❤️ Thomas Butler

My amazing parent volunteer came out and showed us how to care for our cucumbers! She even found 3 ready to pick and showed us more that will be ready Monday! Can’t wait to make some cucumber salad with these little gardeners!
