SFA Philosophy Club

Hey guys! We will be meeting this Thursday at 7pm in BPSC 2.303. Our topic this week is: What Happens After Death? Come with your own ideas and opinion to participate in a socratic dialogue and reflection.

Reminder that Philosophy club meets TONIGHT at 7 in BPSC 2.303! We’ll be discussing the ethics and concept of the afterlife as shown in The Good Place.

To those who would be interested, in our first meeting there was mentioned a hypothetical debate between a stereotypical theist and a stereotypical naturalist. Here is that debate. It was taken from Philip Clayton’s, “Religion and Science: the basics.”
