Kinesiology Grad Student, Garrett Oehlert , presented his research this week at the 2023 National American College of Sports Medicine in Colorado. Congratulations Garrett!

Henry Hill (PETE Physical Education Teacher Education) was awarded the PCOE Outstanding Clinical Teacher All-Level Education Award for Spring of 2023. Dr. Christina Sinclair, Associate Dean of Assessment and Accountability, presented the award to Henry on May 6th and read from the nomination letter that Dr. Sharon Rice, PETE professor, had written when she nominated Henry for the award.

Congratulations to the Perkins College of Education's Top Scholar, Leroy Bolden! His research "The Influence of Different Modes of TABATA on Post-Exercise Metabolic Recovery", was recently presented at the Texas American College of Sports Medicine conference.
