Heads up, Lumberjacks! 🚧

Beginning Monday, June 1, a portion of East College Street will be closed through Monday, June 30, weather permitting, as crews complete major campus construction and underground utility work.

Access to Lumberjack Lodge, Hall 14 and Lumberjack Landing will remain available during the closure, but drivers will need to enter from the east side using Wilson Drive or University Drive.

Detours and additional signage will be in place to help guide traffic through the area. Please plan ahead, follow posted signage and allow extra travel time when navigating campus this month.

Today we are celebrating not only Becca’s birthday, but also 10+ years of dedication to the Early Childhood Lab! ❤️

Becca serves as our Lead Infant Teacher, where she lovingly cares for our littlest Jacks and supports families through one of life’s most meaningful journeys—helping guide and encourage parents from pregnancy through birth and continuing to nurture infants through their earliest milestones. Her calm presence, expertise, and heart for families make a lasting impact every day. 🍼✨

Outside the classroom, Becca brings that same warmth to her home life as a proud mom of twin daughters. She also has a soft spot for Winnie the Pooh 🐻💛 and a well-known love for Mountain Dew 🥤😄

We are so grateful for her years of commitment, compassion, and care for our children and families.
