We are assessing the need for before and after school care for our school age kids!

We are currently in talks with Naches School District about adding a bus stop for transport to and from school and Valley Preschool and Daycare.

We were able to demo the kitchen and get a fresh layer of paint on the walls today. Feeling good about the color!

Lighting and fans go in this week along with some shelving and hopefully getting the cabinets assembled and in place!

We are not just throwing some toys on the shelf.

Every inch or this place is being carefully, thoughtfully and strategically designed to offer something truly special to the children in our community.

The space is open, organized and minimalist to allow for children to focus on their work. Materials will rotate regularly.

We are building a place that inspires curiosity, offers hands on learning that helps build confidence and independence.

We strive to encourage children to ask questions and guide them to find the answer. Low ratios will allow us to focus on each child and their developmental needs and interests.

At Valley Preschool and Daycare, we don’t just offer “care”. It’s about practical learning and to supporting them in their individual learning journey.

This weekend is my birthday... and instead of celebrating with cake and a big gathering, we'll be building furniture, cabinets, and shopping for supplies.

A few years ago, that probably wouldn't have sounded very exciting.

Now? I couldn’t be more excited. 😆

There's something special about watching a dream come together piece by piece. Every shelf, every classroom material, every little detail brings us one step closer to creating a space where children can learn, grow, and feel at home.

So if you see me this weekend getting way too excited about storage solutions, lesson planning or puzzles just know I'm living my best birthday life. 🎉

Valley Preschool & Daycare is begining the hiring process for the following positions:

• Manager
• Lead Teacher
• Assistant

We are seeking energetic, warm, creative and dependable individuals who are passionate about child development, meaningful connection and the impact early education has on future generations.

Our program is Montessori & Waldorf inspired, focused on creating a calm, intentional and nurturing environment for both children and staff. We are looking for team members who value community, curiosity, emotional intelligence and hands-on learning.

All candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position they are applying for in accordance with Washington State Administrative Code (WAC). It is important to note that start date is TBD depending on completion of our building, licensing and enrollment.
