Naches Valley PTSA

10/13/2026

It's almost Mileage Club Wednesday at Naches Valley Elementary School!

PARENTS WE NEED YOU! We’re especially looking for Lap Scanners to help keep our Rangers moving and their laps counted. Mileage Club truly depends on our amazing volunteers, and even one lunch recess makes a difference!

You can sign up for a full shift (10:40 AM – 12:15 PM) or choose a time slot that works for you. Volunteers will help scan runners each lap, keep things organized, and hype up our runners by joining them for some laps!

Mileage Club Schedule:
TK/Kinder: 10:40 AM – 11:05 AM
1st/3rd: 11:10 AM – 11:40 AM
2nd/4th: 11:45 AM – 12:15 PM

⚠️All volunteers must have an approved volunteer packet on file with the elementary office BEFORE volunteering. Approval is required in advance, so please don't wait until the first Mileage Club day.

FEED THE MONSTERS!

Our hungry Candy Monsters are back, and they need YOUR help filling their bellies!

Our candy drive is officially underway as we prepare for Naches Valley PTSA Annual Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 29th!

Help us make this year's event extra sweet by donating bags of individually wrapped candy. Donations can be dropped off at the Naches Valley Elementary School office, where our hungry monsters are waiting to be fed!

Every bag of candy helps us create a fun, safe, and memorable Halloween celebration for our students and local families.

Let's fill those monster bellies! Thank you for helping make this year's Trunk or Treat a sweet success!

The Naches Valley PTSA is excited to welcome Potato Patato to our Annual Naches Valley PTSA Annual Trunk or Treat event for the first time!

Come hungry, Rangers! With their delicious loaded potatoes, they're bringing a whole lot of goodness to our Halloween festivities!

We're excited to support another local food vendor while giving our families some tasty dinner options to enjoy during the event!

Be sure to stop by, grab a bite, and show Potato Patato some Ranger love!💜🧡

The Naches Valley PTSA is excited to welcome What I Crave Food Truck to our Annual Trunk or Treat event! 🎃

You might be thinking… a food truck?! Yep, that's right! Unfortunately, our traditional community dinner won't be happening this year. While we're sad to see that tradition take a break, it gave us an opportunity to do something a little different: support local businesses and bring some incredible food options to our event!

We're excited to partner with What I Crave for the first time and give our Ranger families another reason to look forward to a fun-filled evening!

Stay tuned as we get closer to October 29th for a sneak peek at their menu! We can't wait! 🧡

It takes a lot of helping hands to make one of our biggest PTSA events of the year happen, and we’d love to have you join us!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with different areas throughout our Annual Trunk-or-Treat. Whether you can give a little time or stay for a larger shift, every volunteer makes a difference in helping us create a fun night for our Ranger families.

Thank you for helping us make Trunk-or-Treat another amazing community event!🎃

One of our favorite community traditions is back! Join us Thursday, October 29th from 6:00–7:30 PM in the Naches Valley Elementary School parking lot for a night of family-friendly Halloween fun!
