When I read these wise words from a coaching colleague of mine at Georgetown, I couldn't help but think about parents. Burn-out is real, especially when parenting responsibilities are complicated by disabilities. Prioritizing time to think is essential.

I love what Sandra says about speaking for others. We each have our own stories and experiences. While I believe whole heartedly that we learn from each other, I don't think we should try to speak for each other. "This is what I know" is enough.
