Every day at PMPlace, we’re reminded that children are constantly learning — not just from what we say, but from how we respond.

Kate, our Support Specialist, is passionate about helping families better understand child development and the “why” behind children’s behavior. This topic is one example of the conversations we hope to share.

Our goal isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to offer encouragement, perspective, and practical ideas that help families feel more confident during everyday moments.

Today’s takeaway: our children don’t need us to remove every negative feeling. They need to know that even when life feels hard, they have a safe person beside them and a loving adult who can hold space for their upset, while still holding boundaries with confidence.
