TRUTH TEA ☕️

Whay if we started seeing things differently than it used to be. Instead of seriousness and nashing of the teeth, how about holding space for love?
The Age of Aquarius is here and times are changing! Remember when we only experience a physical breakdown, the other side of that is a spiritual breakthrough!

Lighten up because you are a pixel on the screen of collective consciousness!

TRUTH TEA ☕️

So many people think prayer is about GETTING something, however anyone who truly understands the spiritual law knows that "as you give, so shall you receive!"

We must first align ourselves to the truth that is already set up in the universe, and then our next step is to put feet on our prayers.

Understand that we are co-creators of Source and that we have a symbiotic relationship with the divine. Not an anthropomorphic dude up in the sky, but an energy that is ever present, waiting for us to plug in our metaphoric cellphone.

Once we align, allow and accept what is, we then set the stage for receiving what can be.

Are you MAN-ifesting your desires and dreams?
If not, I gently remind you that you have GREAT power because you are made in the image and likeness of your perspective of God.

And guess what, your superpower is GRATITUDE. (And as a sidenote, forgiveness is the bookend to gratitude for greater abundance.)

Your Spiritual Electrician,

Greg

TRUTH TEA ☕️

Observe, notice, discern and become aware, but choose to suspend any judgement.

It is better to discern instead of making yourself wrong.

When we are being judgeMENTAL, we're doing exactly that... judging ourselves from the mental capacity instead of being the expander of the heart.

The heart is all about compassion and empathy and should always be our guiding force, regardless of any situation.

Today choose the path of understanding by just observing and making an accessment to see if what you're experiencing is serving you well.

If not, choose something different.

Have you been the "judge" of your life by being too "mental" without balancing it with the heart?

TRUTH TEA ☕️

Moving through the darkness is a prerequisite for appreciating, understanding and letting your light shine.

When one stops saying "easier said than done," then change can finally occur!

Stop using excuses for not growing yourself like:

😬 "I'll do it later."
🥴 "I can't afford it."
🙄 "That path hurts too much."
😒 "But, I've always had attachment problems."
🤒 "It's their fault my relationships haven't work."
😠 "That's just pseudo science!"

Understand that your depression, anxiety, sadness or self-esteem issues won't go away on there own.

Your acknowledgement and dedication to loving yourself are extremely important for your personal growth.

Have you been using your get out of jail card lately?

Guru Greg 👳‍♂️❤️💫

3 REASONS WHY YOU DON'T THINK YOU'RE GOOD ENOUGH

Do you ever feel like you don't measure up to the expectations of others? 🤔

Yeah, I get it cause I used to be where you are.

I'm not gonna lie, it took a minute to recalibrate my mind!

But, through repetition and remaining spiritually centered, I did the work and got to the other side.

It's important to establish that you are good enough!

You're never defined by your value to any person except yourself!

Here are several reasons why you feel the way you do:

1) You have anxiety and/or depression: Often gay men who suffer from anxiety question their interactions with others.

You might over analyze past conversations thinking you probably said something wrong.

2) You might have a Mental Health Disorder: Not feeling good enough may result from a self defeating disorder.

Such people often display behaviors of a victim
and typically don't allow themselves to view the positive, even in activities they enjoy.

They also tend to be self- sabatoging.

3) You've been brainwashed to go from powerful to powerless: In this world of illusion we can be lost and become an imprisoned slave.

Our jailer is a 3 headed monster....one head the past, one our insecurity, and this particular one: our popular culture.

FB, IG and other can be a double edged sword because the negative aspect of social media keeps us thinking we need to be "liked."

It's time to change the narrative and stop comparing yourself and instead start connecting with others!

When we compare ourselves we feel undervalued and less than.

The truth is you are more than enough!

➡️ Start looking at your strengths and positive qualities.

➡️ Start knowing what YOU value!

➡️ Start spending time in the silence by creating sacred space everyday .

➡️ Start being committed to growing yourself and..

➡️ Start using the crap around you for your nourishment instead!

What can you do to start knowing that you're good enough? 🤔

'Guru' Greg
