SEA-Educational Support was founded to help students with learning differences reach their full potential. Working one-on-one with students, individualized support programs within their educational framework are developed and implemented to help foster the student's growth. I have 15 years experience as an Educational Therapist working in private schools in Hartford County. Most recently I was a L
earning Strategist at Watkinson School working primarily with middle and high schools students. My strength is with students dealing with all types of learning challenges. I have extensive experience with AD/HD, Executive Function, Autism spectrum, non-verbal learning disabilities, and students who struggle with reading comprehension, math skills, and writing skills. I connect very well with students who struggle with social interaction, general anxiety, and hyper sensitivity. I feel it is important to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators and other health professionals as a key member of each student's support network. My formal education includes an Masters Degree from the University of Saint Joseph in Special Education K-12. My concentration was in mild to moderate learning disabilities, assessment and intervention/support.
