WALK - INS WELCOME

Today was a very busy day. Made four contacts and received three responses. One picked up an order and left several garments to be mended and altered. Had a new customer come in with several items to be take up. She had lost weight and didn't want to spend more on her wardrobe! And then I had a walk-in! I misjudged her order. Told her "nothing to it. Can get it done while you wait." Boy, was I wrong! My machine took that moment to act up. It took me half hour to just get a good start on her project, I had to ask her to come back for it instead of being able to wait. It was a busy day!
